Stoppage line during breakdown

"Is it possible to set up the production line so that it stops when there is a failure at one of the workstations, and then resumes production after the failure is repaired?.The problem is that during a failure at one of the workstations, the previous workstations continue to operate normally, creating a queue of items for production. I want to stop this during the repair of the failure.

You can customize the down and resume functions of the MTTR/MTBF to not only stop the "broken" object but all objects in the line.

In the attached model I stop all members of the MTTR but you could also use a group to define which objects get stopped.

Note that the breakdown timer should probably only apply to active states. Otherwise a stopped processor might break down as well.

Can you set up my production line model with a breakdown at one of the workstations – repair time for the breakdown: 10 minutes – all lines stop during the breakdown, and after the repair, the production lines resume operation.
