I have three slug conveyors that merge to one conveyor. I have a merge controller that stops the slug conveyors from sending cases until the infeed is clear - I do not want to mix the three infeed line products.
Often times, when the slug us ready to send, there are more cases sent than the slug count. This effects the pallet stacks. How do I ensure that only the slug count is sent at a time.
Activate the "Max Count" limit in the slug builder settings of the conveyors.
