Unable to activate license after HC 5.1.0 installation

Hello, I updated my FlexSim HC to 5.1.0 version. (some of the flexsim preference files got deleted by the IT assistant at my company) First, it said the software license needs to be upgraded. Once I activate the license in flexsim, I got an error message at launch VCRUNTIME140.dll

Then, I tried to install 5.1.0 again and received the following error messages:1) no active license detected, and 2) windows error code 126. In addition, I failed to activate my license online, with an operations error 7288.

Would you please help me?

Go into the License Activation window in your FlexSim HC. (Help > License Activation) Click on the View Licenses tab, and then click on the View Licenses button. If there is any other information than "No Active License" copy that information and paste it into a new Private question here on the forum.

Hi, not too sure if error 126 has been answered. One of my user, solve the problem by installing Visual Studio 2015.
