Queue release based on age in queue

Hi All,

Hopefully someone could help me.

I'm trying to simulate a queue with two processing lines. Six objects are used in the model, every object is processed with another processing time. The objects should wait in the queue till > 'X' time. Every item type should wait till the age in the queue reach the preset > 'X' time.

I had some problems; or the age in the queue got resetted. Or it count further and further...

Does someone know how to release a certain object everytime when it is minimal 'X' time units in the queue?

I attached my model, hopefully someone knows a solution. Thankyou in advance.

Im not familiar with process flows...

It sounds like you are trying to make a Queue do the job of a processor. If you want everything to wait 'X' time, make a processor that processes for 'X' time and increase the capacity to 1000 like a queue has.
