Installation error-V2017.0.1

error.txtHi everyone,have u ever met error reminding when installing Flexsimv2017.0.1 ? Please see the attachment . (client computer system :Win 7. 32 bits)

Error reminding appears in software interface when clicking Process flow function. It is fine to click other button.

We previously doubt on their windows operation system which is not completely updated. However it does not work even after related plug in software.

Please let me know if you can help on this issue.

Hi @wang.yang,

It looks like FlexSim is not properly loading the module DLLs. Please have a look at this Q&A detailing a Windows update that is required if you're using Windows 7:

@wang.yang Here is what the linked answer says:

In FlexSim 2016 Update 1, we updated to use Microsoft's new API enhancements for Windows that correctly and securely load external libraries. In order for these API enhancements to work, you need to install a critical Windows security update (KB2533623). You can download it here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2533623 Once you install that update, FlexSim will correctly load and connect to the module dlls.
