Hey Everybody,
i have another question, i have multiple back ups of my files and randomly when i try to open them the program gets frozen and i cannot do anything ?
is this some kind of bug and how can i get it fixed ?

Without getting on your computer and seeing how FlexSim and your models are behaving, it is hard to tell exactly what is going on.
My first suggestion is to try the things listed in the article FlexSim installation or startup error. These suggestions include getting the latest Windows updates, updating your graphics driver, deleting FlexSim's saved settings, rebooting your computer, uninstalling and reinstalling the software, etc. Any of these might help the problem.
If you find that a certain model or set of models is often causing the issue, it may be worth posting your model so that we can see if there is something in the model itself that is causing a problem.
