@Chan khihort D It looks like you download the test file from this question. I want to make sure that you didn't download modified.zip and replace your index.html file. The index.html file in modified.zip is an older one than the one that comes with FlexSim Webserver 17.1.3.

@Jacob Gillespie

I did not replace modified.zip. I just download the orginal program from flexsim website and installed.But it still has the problem like above image. I attach model and my web server configuration.

I can't open your flexsim-web-server.rar file. It seems it was corrupted.

I don't have any problems running the model you have attached.

Have you tested other browsers besides chrome? Try Firefox to see if it works any differently.

Which version of chrome are you using? You can find that by going to Help > About Google Chrome.

My friend had met the same problem like this with another model which created by himself.

@jing.chen, @Chan khihort D,

Is it possible to share your model that is showing the problem?

Thank in advanced for your help.

@Chan khihort D

I looked through the files you sent and the only difference I can find is in the flexsim webserver configuration.txt file although I don't think it is the cause of the problem.

Here is my FlexSim Web Server directory: flexsim-web-server.zip

Another thing that could make a difference is to open the instance in it's own tab. Click this button in the top right after opening the instance:

Once it opens in it's own tab, (if it still doesn't work) try doing a hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + R.

Hi, @Jacob Gillespiedid anyone find a solution to this issue. I am experiencing the same exact. I am running 17.2 and installed the webserver after downloading it from the site. I see 2 people in different posts have described this problem. I have tried a number of models. Nothing works. I tried in Chrome (Version 61.0.3163.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)) and in IE 11.0.9600.. same issue

@Ayman Labib No we haven't found a solution. The problem is I haven't been able to replicate this issue on any of our machines. Did you try the above suggestion of opening the instance in it's own tab?

I have confirmed that this issue is caused by the model limit window that pops up when running FlexSim unlicensed. When this window is visible, it messes up the HTML that is sent to the WebServer. This affects both the old and new WebServer.

This issue should be fixed in the next bugfix: 17.2.4 and 17.0.11
