Conveyor glitch

Hello. I recently copied elements from a Flexsim file to another. Everything copied OK except for the conveyor. It appear Vertical and I'm unable to interact with it. Then I realized that the conveyor I see (the one in black) isn't really my conveyor but a ghost image of it. The real one was in place but is now invisible. I can select and interact with it's options but i cannot see it nor it's contents.

I can't make it visible no matter what I try. Furthermore now when I try to add a new conveyor it appear invisible as well. I tried closing Flexsim and restarting the computer but I'm still unable to add a visible conveyor to any file, new or old.

Here's the image of how it looks.

Thanks

Please post the model demonstrating the issue and not just a picture of it.

I don't see a problem when opening the model you attached. Everything seems to be displaying fine:

If that's not what you are seeing on your computer when you open that model, you should probably update your graphics driver as explained in Graphics Compatibility - Common Problems and Solutions

Thanks, I tried with the Graphics Compatibility - Common Problems and Solutions and found a way to make the conveyor reappear. However is slowed the simulation. So I turn on the Legacy Conveyors and work around my issue.

The file I upload did not work in a couple of computers I tried, maybe they were all a bit older

The Generic OpenGL Context is not intended for long-term use. Revert to this mode only if you must use a computer that doesn't meet FlexSim's system requirements.

Please post a screenshot of what it says Help > About FlexSim.

You should be able to solve the problem by updating your graphics driver. You shouldn't have to disable GPU acceleration or use the Legacy Conveyors.

Also, you can disable Render Mode in the Conveyor System properties. You don't need to revert to the Legacy Conveyors to fix graphics issues with the modern conveyor system module. They are available for backwards compatibility with older models; not as a workaround for graphics issues.
