How to perform a prioritization for arrivals in queues?

Good Morning !

I would like to know how the operator can take the items first to a queue 7 and when this queue fill up, lead to the second queue (8)?

About the model:

In queue 6 (queue after the processor) will only allow batch output of 500 items for the other two queue (7e 8);

Each queue (7 and 8) when you have 5000 items they will stand still for 720 minutes;

But first fill the 7th and then fill the 8th queue (I'm not sure how to do that!).

Thank you.

HI,

I have re-attached your model by altering it based on your condition " operator take the items first to a queue 7 and when this queue fill up, lead to the second queue (8)". I have used close and open the input port condition for both queues to achieve this logic. On Reset I will closed the input port of Queue 8 so that Queue 8 will not receives any boxes until Queue 7 is been filled when Queue 7 is filled I will close the input port for Queue7 and open the input port for Queue8 so the operator will starts to load on Queue8 after filling Queue7.

I have attached the model bellow have a look on it. Make a comment if you have any doubt.

Thank you.
