You can set the three different setup times in the setup time field according to the three flowitem-types using the values By case pick list option.

You can solve your issue using 'label' attribute in the processor.

The label feature is same with 'local variable'.

That is to use the label for example name 'oldProduct' to store the exiting product type in the processor when onExit and when the new product type enter the processor, the appropriate setup time can be selected comparing to the stored product type. You can set the script control in the setup time field.

The problem is i have 3 different set up types depending on the product sequence, not the product type, for example from product A to product B i have a set up time of 12 hours, from product A to product C i have 4 hours and from product B to product C i have 1 hour, how can i program that in flexsim?
