Flow item from conveyor to processor

How would I go about setting my simulation so that the flow item will only enter the processor line after the set-up time for all 3 processors are done. Currently all 3 processors have different set-up time, the set-up time for the first processor is the shortest. Hence, the flow item enters the processor line even before the set-up time for the rest of the processor is done.

Have attached my file for easy reference; problem starts from conveyor1. Thank you!

Hi @Glenys C, I would use process flow for this. In your model I don´t see very well, when your setup time has to start. Thatswhy I can´t create an example model. But my idea is, to wait until the setup time should start. Close all inputs and after Syncronize the tokens in process flow and open the ports as soon as all 3 objects are finished.

The thing with the setup time on the processor is, that it is just startet as soon as the item has entered. So the better way in using this standard option would be, to always set the longest setup time on the first processor ;-)

Hi @sebastian.hemmann, my set-up time starts immediately after running the process and I have used the 3 brown boxes to trigger the set-up time. Thank you so much for your suggestion, will try it out and see how it goes. Thank you! :)
