We're working through the conveyor tutorial and having difficulty attaching the decision point to a conveyor. A new DP snaps to the conveyor OK but if it's moved, we lose the blue cross in the middle of the DP's diamond. Whatever we do, that DP will not reattach to the conveyor.
Any suggestions on how to reattach?

Hi, @Kenny Macleod It suggest you provide a model to show your problem.
Usually this happens because a key is down on the keyboard, or the Windows API is reporting that a key is down on the keyboard (even though you can physically see that it is not). Closing and reopening FlexSim should fix the issue.
If you can tell us replication steps on how FlexSim got into this state, we might be able to figure out why it thinks a key is down and fix the situation that causes this.
Thank you to those that replied. The problem was resolved by restarting FlexSim and could not be replicated.
There are a few reasons that you might be getting this issue, but if you post the model, it will be much easier to identify the problem. First, if you move the conveyor up or down in the Z-axis, the decision points sometimes have a hard time snapping onto the conveyor. If you wiggle the decision point it should snap back on. The DP and the conveyor also have to be on the same plane for the DP to snap on. It could also be that the DP is not centered on the conveyor. Other than that, I'm not sure what the reason would be, unless it's a bug.
