Hey Guys!
I would like to know how can I trigger next order release from source, but just until processors 2 and 3 finish or all boxes from all sources reaches their sync.

Use a Process Flow that test on the On Exit event of processor 2 and 3 the content of the group of objects that shouldn't contain any items anymore. Then you create an item in a queue following the source.
@Akbal O According Jorg Vogel told i think that is better you use the syncornize at process flow tools, but if you prefer to use triggers into 3D model you can use processors triggers in order to close and open ports accoding your rules, please see the example bellow with the assumption that process 8 will have the longest process time into the model.
Best regards!
