Decision Point send patient to only one activity

Hello. I am a student who studies simulation. During I make some small clinic, I have some problem. I want to make 10% of patients get an injection and other 90% just leave exam room. but Decision point doesn't work as I want. it just sends a patient to leave the exam room, not sending to injection.

I made activities that '70_Decision Point', '71_Injection', '80_Move to a registration area' and I've tried to make 70_Decision Point's next activity with 'Base on percentage'. I've checked that 'FlowChart' connect each location and 'Use Predecessors' are unchecked in activity_71.

Sounds like you've done the customary checks. You didn't mention checking that the "Use Predecessors" box is also unchecked for activity 80. You may need to attach your model to get further help.
