Can’t move the flowitem bin to center point

When I change the apperance of the 3d shape of flowitem bin, the position of the node is moved from center to corner (file-1). My intention is to return to the original center position, I tried with center midpoint selection but didn’t work, it always keep it from corner (file-2).

Would you help me on this matter?

I assume you're trying to center the shape within the yellow box by using this button:

That's not what that button does. You can read more about that button here in the User Manual, but basically it just changes how Quick Properties displays the object's X,Y, and Z location.

You need to change the Shape Factors so that the 3D shape fits better within the bounds of the object. You can edit these by double clicking on the flowitem, switching to the General tab, and pressing the Edit button next to Shape Factors. You can see in the picture the values I set things to get a better fit.
