exception: Exception caught in evaluation of /Tools/..

Hi,

I have this exception in my model. I found in the model other questions but i can't debug because the problem occures randomly. The model doesn't stop, by I don't understand if it is a serious problem in the logic or just in the graphical objects.

Can you please help me?

Your help would be very helpful for me.

I have run through your model for a full 24 hours (simulation time), do you know when the error might occur or is it completely random? If your model continues to run I believe it could just be a graphical error.

You're right, i forgot to upload the version with the parameter "Tempo Ciclo" setted to a number smaller than 5. With 5 there are no problems. cattura11.jpg

Where exactly in the model did you change the cycle time?

In the dashboard named "Operators". The editing button is linkend to a tree node called "TC".

I was not able to recreate that error but found another error. When running the model if I click the process flow it would stop with an error. This was a bug fix in later FlexSim Versions. I would recommend upgrading versions if possible to FlexSim 19.0. If your model is still running after getting your error then you should be getting the desired outputs. One way that could help you debug your error is by changing the names in process flow. Such as instead of the 9 different instances that you have called "Load" in process flow, number them "Load1", "Load2", "Load3", etc.. This will better allow you to see exactly where the error pops up.
