Hi the update 1 has the "exception: cannot write to html file" information at the System Console. Is there anything wrong?

This is usually a permissions issue and not a FlexSim problem. Try running the program as an administrator, changing directories, or deleting old directories. Here's a few threads that may help you solve this issue.
