We get alot of strange exceptions upon opening FlexSim....

We get alot of situations where the system console throws exceptions when you open Flexsim. I have it open right now and 'exception: could not write html file' is an example of one of these exceptions. This happens alot on startup, but in this case I simply tried to open the User Manual. Any idea why I might get that opening the user manual?

Hi @Scott T,

This is usually a permissions problem:

Try running FlexSim as Administrator (right click the program link and choose Run as Administrator). If that fixes the problem, work with your IT folks on getting permissions to the directories mentioned in the linked answer.
