Charts "dissappearing" from dashboard

Ok, so it is my first time using this software. I am using the free version at the moment and I am doing the beginners tutorials. For some reason when I am learning how to create and customise a dashboard the charts simply dissapear from the dashboard and I cannot find them again. This is embarrasing but I would like to ask if anyone can tell me what I am doing wrong ? The first n charts work fine and then I add a third and it does not materialise. If I now click around on the dashboard the other two graphs vanish as well. Only way to resolve so far has been to delete the statiistics collectors and create new graphs. Help is appreciated from the absolute beginner. Thanks

This is unusual. If you can do the following, it will help us discover the problem:

  • Make a dashboard
  • Save the model and post it on this answer
  • If you can, see if you can determine the action you take to get the chart to disappear. For example, does switching the environment cause the dashboard to go away? If you can't figure this out, that's okay, the model will still help us to see what's happening.

One possibility is being at or near the object limit, if you don't have a license. Usually, the model limit displays in the lower left corner of FlexSim. If you are at the model limit, then you won't be able to create more objects.
