How can the default time axis on charts be changed?

The default time axis for dashboard charts are calendar/clock time and not simulation time, which in my view they should be. This assumes 24-hour operations, which is not that common. Also, if one just wants to run a 40-hour simulation, it shouldn't be tied to a calendar or assumed work schedule. How does the user change this? Also, can FlexSim go back to the default units as simulation time?

The time plot is actually a scatter plot, that figures out when the x axis should display a time scale. If the data source (Statistics Collector or Calculated Table) column used for the x axis records Model.time instead of Model.dateTime, and the column format is Raw, rather than Date/Time, the time plot will do what you want. If you use the chart template, you will need to install the template to change the collected data and column format.

The Gantt chart cannot use model units as an axis, currently.

I will put an issue on the dev list to look at both issues.

Thanks Jordan. I am working on the Primer and focusing on new users. Having all the flexibility is great, but I strongly believe the template default time scale for time plots should be model time.
