I am currently trying to model an ophthalmology clinic in which different types of patients have to arrive earlier than their physicians to receive attention. I recorded the time it takes for the patients to be attended to, but I couldn't take that same measurement from the patients that were earlier than an hour before the physicians arrive. I want to start the model with a set amount of patients from different categories already in the waiting room to resemble those that arrived before my recording, but I'm not sure how I can create a model which starts with a set amount of patients from the get-go in the waiting room before schedule. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
