Do you want to change the arrival schedule for patients based on data that you already have? If so, my first suggestion would be to enter/import a custom arrivals schedule, which can be found by clicking the box next to "Activate Custom Arrivals" under Arrivals in Quick Properties. You can then import a Global Table by clicking the arrow next to the "Repeat Interval" box. (The Global Table being the patient arrival data, which can be added through the Toolbox.)
