I am trying to run the experimenter ok a decide process step. I have 65% patients going one direction and 35% going another. Can I setup the Experimenter to run scenarios changing the percentages?

I recommend setting up some kind of variables that you can use instead of hard coding "65" and "35" into the Decide activity. For example, all of these different variables can be accessed by the Decide activity:
I set up two Global Variables, one for each of the percentages, that you can change easily in the Experimenter as seen here:
You will just call the Global Variable value in your Decide activity rather than the "65" shown in the first image. As long as the percentages for each Scenario add up to 100, you should be good to do it this way. Let me know if you have any trouble setting this up.
Note: The images I took were from an older instance of FlexSim, so you may not have all those pick options available, but you can still access whatever variables you need.
For example, I typed in the Global Variable name, "Percentage1", and it verifies that it's a Global Variable because the text changes to become more bold like shown:
Thank you Tanner. I did make the changes you suggested. But I think I missed something. I keep getting errors. Can you take a look at the model? I have attached it here. Thank you. MikeACMH Lean Model rev 8 65-35 Experimenter.fsm
@Mike H5 It looks like you did everything but create the Global Variable itself. You can create those by going into the Toolbox and then clicking the green plus symbol at the top. Then, under Modeling Logic, select Global Variable. I created the first one in this model here:
Thank Tanner, one more question. I am showing 0 results, no metrics or numbers. The experimenter does run. Could my performance metrics wrong? acmh-lean-model-rev-8-65-35-experimenter-2.fsm
@Mike H5 it looks like you've created names for each performance measure, but not a value. You'll have to define something in the Performance Measure field for each of these.
I added an ambiguous example that measures the average staytime for the locations group. You can update this to be whatever you need statistically.
