How to add name to endpoints of connectors?

Hi folks,

some time ago I saw a process-flow in which activities could be linked together despite being far apart in the process-flow. The following drawing shows what I'm looking for.

The purpose is to eliminate long and messy connection arrows covering the process-flow.

How do I achieve this?

For that, you need to change the line style of the connector. First, click the connector and then change the line style of the connector to "SPLIT". You can find this in the Quick properties window. I have attached the screenshot for your reference.

@Raja Sekaran thanks! been looking for quite a while. I thought it required some sort of process-flow activity.
