How can I create a flow of patients?

Hi, I have a problem with a model. I'd like to create patients who enter a clinic from 9am to 8pm, but I don't know how to change the source in arrivals because for the moment only one patient is created while the others are not (they remain at the door and don't enter).

Software Version:

FlexSim 20.1.0

Thank you, I modified this but now I have another problem: how do I get a patient to come in and if there's another patient in the registration desk go sit in the waiting room? because they go to the waiting room but after the first patient, they can't go to the reception
