Maximum waiting time for a location group

Hi there,

I have a location group which consists of 12 bedrooms each one has one bed in it. I want to record the maximum waiting time patients will wait to be admitted. I see in the dashboard I can get the "Avg. wait time for location" but I am looking to get the maximum waiting time for a location group, is there any way to do this?

Thanks!

Hello @Maryam H2,

Select the "Avg wait time for location" chart and place it in the dashboard. Then go to the advanced tab and select install. This will create a calculated table in the toolbox. Open the calculated table. In the metrics section, change the aggregation field to Maximum.

If you would like it to only show the maximum for a specific group, go to the subsets tab and create a subset for HC groups and objects. It should look something like the following with the groups of interest selected in the subgroups field.

If you would like the information displayed differently you can select a blank chart type from the library and then tell it to reference the calculated table for data.
