I have an AGV that picks products from two different queues (therefore product 1 from queue 1 and product 2 from queue 2). But I do not want it to carry a mixed of products, it should first carry one product type entirely then once the queue is empty carry the second product from the other queue.

First, if you have only 1 AGV, you don't necessarily need a dispatcher, you can send the tasks directly to the AGV. I simplified your model in attachment 2021-06-16 AGV Break to same load station.fsm.
After loading the 1st product, the AGV can break to a new task sequence, like loading another product for example. In your model, AGV1 can break to any new task sequence:

As a result, you noticed that AGV1 do not care about mixing products.
In the attached model, I chose the Same Load Station pick option:
As you have a "Type" label on your products, you could also choose the Same Label pickoption, it will work fine too.
