I could not figure it out without using process flow. There are two possible examples in the model.
One way is to create 4 tokens in a schedule source with the exponential distribution and then create in the queue the flow items per token.
The other option is to use an inter-arrival source with the exponential distribution and then create in the queue 4 flow items per token.
