License Auto Upgradation Throwing Error For FlexSim 2021 Update 2

Hi Support,

While doing a license auto-upgrade I am getting the following error.

Status...

Sending request. Please wait.

Error 12002.000000 has occurred.

Automatic upgrade timed out. Try again in a few minutes.

How can I resolve this?

You resolve this by waiting for the server-side process to finish. It timed out, so you can "try again in a few minutes."

It has now been a few minutes. Have you tried again?

If the automatic upgrade is still not working after a few minutes, you can manually return your licenses and activate the new versions.
