Error Upon Opening Software

I am receiving an error upon opening the software (see attached). I am not sure what the error means and it seems to have started occurring out of nowhere. This error is not tied to any one specific model. How can I resolve this?

This looks to me like your saved preferences may have become corrupted.

You can delete your prefs.t file to reset to default preferences and perhaps clear up this issue. Please see item 5. Delete FlexSim's saved settings in the article FlexSim installation or startup error - FlexSim Community .

If that doesn't clear up the issue, it is worth trying the other suggestions listed at that article.

Please let us know your results. If it was not successful, let us know the results of the other suggestions and what, if any, effect they may have had.
