How to let robot face to the loaded item and unloaded place?

I have an TaskExecuter called "MR", and the robot arm on it could rotate to the direction of the flowitem. While another robot on "TaskExecuter_滑台" is not rotating to the flowitem it's going to pick. May I ask what could I do to let it rotate like the first robot does.

And also I tried to shorten the length arm of "MR" from the animation page, so that it won't look like the following picture. However, the robot is going back to it's original size again after resetting. Is there a method to deal with this issue? (Because the model becomes too large, so the MR in uploaded file look different)

You should make the TaskExecuter_滑台 as same with MR. The TaskExecuter_滑台 animation component organizer is different from MR.

You need to make for the TaskExecuter_滑台 to animate like robot object.

After that, the robot will become sizable also.

@David Seo May I ask what you meant is that I have to make TaskExecuter_滑台 has a loop path?

Because I feel like I use the same way to control robot and taskexecuter in process flow in both MR and TaskExecuter_滑台.

What loop path? My meaning is the components' animation.

You can solve it replacing the TaskExecuter_滑台 with MR copied as another robot.

Your TaskExecuter_滑台 's components for animation are different from MR's ones.

@David Seo Thanks for reply, I have followed your step to replace the robot of TaskExecuter_滑台 with robot of MR, and it works. While actually I couldn't find the difference of components for animation. Could you tell what's the difference?

@Joerg Vogel Thanks, after clicking save base positions, the changing still exist there after resetting.
