How to download an old version of FlexSim?
Any FlexSim account, whether a long-time licensed user, or our very newest guest sign up, always has access to two downloads:
- The latest bugfix of our very latest feature release
- The latest bugfix of our long term support (LTS) release
Superseded bugfix versions are never available for download (ie a x.y.4 bugfix release is no longer available for download after x.y.5 is published), but the latest bugfix version for our older x.y feature releases can be downloaded by licensed FlexSim accounts, or by accounts that a license owner has shared with (learn about sharing your licenses).
If your organization owns a license, but you don't personally have a license attached to your account, you have a couple of options:
- contact the license owner to share the licenses with you
- contact the license owner to download the older software for you
- contact your local FlexSim representative directly via phone or email
@Layan Ag I know it is not possible to download the old version if you have not the license. Would you connect to your local distributer? He can solve your issue.
