Hi @Navode W,

I modified your model a bit to show you how this is done. The main problem was that you hadn't connected the forklift to the A-Star Navigation system. You can do this with an A-connect or by going to the A-Star Navigator properties window. Then, to make the forklift's use of the preferred paths more obvious, I added a Divider around the first FloorStorage and changed the Slot Assignment Strategy to Random Slot with space.

For more info please see Working With A* Navigation (flexsim.com).

I hope this helps! Let us know if you have further questions!

Thanks @Ryan Clark , I have a few more questions, currently I'm able to store the boxes 3 stories high at each slot in my floor storage system, can we increase that amount to like 6 or something, how do I do that? Also, can I add time data to the forklift process of picking up the item(box) from the processor to placing it on a slot for each floor storage system?

Thanks again!
