Are there switches for including the license server during a silent install?

There are no command line switches for licensing.
Instead, you would use a script to copy a license file to each client PC. Our default license installation instructions include a section for how you can license PCs using a license file. See 9. Activate Client PCs > Licensing a multi-user client PC on page 20.
Basically, your script will copy a .lic file to each of the client PCs after installing FlexSim. The license file will be configured to refer to your local license server.
