I want to realize that two conveyors send items to another two conveyors with an RGV. However, when running model, only items on one of the conveyors are picked and they are sent to only one destination.

You should use one exit transfer per conveyor and have that connected to destinations - then you can choose how to route to each one in a single rule/function on the exit transfer (currently random).
