Can FlexSim web server run on custom ports other than 80

Our current FlexSim web server works on the port 80. But it needs to be changed and run in some custom ports like 2000 or 443. I have changed the same in flexsim configuration text file and saved it. But still no changes are effective. Please see the attached screenshot highlighted. Even after changing from port 80 to 443 it doesn't work. Is there any other way to change the FlexSim webserver port ? thanks in advance.

Did you restart the FlexSim web server after making the change?
If you change other aspects of the config file, do the changes affect the webserver the next time it runs?

Thanks Ben for the inputs. After restarting the whole system it worked as per the new configuration.
