As my understanding, an entry on list can only be pulled by one token (if Leave Entries on List is disabled). But somehow in this model, two tokens pulled same entry at same time.
You have the "Unique Pullers Only" option for the back order settings checked and the puller is set to the the instance object in both pull activities. Because of this the second token entering doesn't add it's own order to the list and is deemed successful as well when the instance object pulls the robot through the first token.
