GIS: Comparing alternate route

Hi, how do one able to create alternative routes in GIS module instead of using the route that is generated by the system? Also is it possible to direct the TE to go by a specific route?

One option is this:

You will have to define multiple waypoints and reroute the traveler through those to force him on an optional route to his final destination. The example shows two options from the TownPlace Suites Hotel to FlexSim´s offices in Orem. The red AGV goes the direct path, the green one is rerouted through the optional waypoint.
