I was able to change the patient's speed at the node by making the node a destination itself. When the patient reaches the first destination, his speed changes from 10 to 3. (I increased the speed difference to make the change more visible) You can set the speeds to whatever you want by changing the values in line 8 of the custom codes in the patient flow tab.
