Hey @Kj311, I think the problem with your model was that your Service Desk 1 had a processing time of log(...) and your process flow -> Customer Gets Service container -> Delay: Service Time also has a Delay Time of log(...). At some points, your Processor (Service Desk 1) would finish processing before the Delay finished in the Process Flow. If you delete the Process Time on the Service Desk, it should fix it.
