Flexsim 2022.1.2 doesn't start

Hi, I have worked successfuly with the latest version for 2 weeks. Today when I opened the app it freezes after the splash disappears, on the gray screen. It doesnt even open the Flexsim start page. It lets you interact with all the menus but nothing happens on the screen. I reset all the NVIDIA settings to default & completed the uninstall, download, install routine. This has never happened to me in the past. Can you please help me? I have reached out to my local distributor but nothing so far. whatsapp-image-2022-05-30-at-095355.jpeg

Did you try - with FlexSim closed - deleting the file prefs.t in the location %APPDATA%\Roaming\Flexsim\FlexSim22.1 ?

If anyone else has a similar issue, but deleting prefs.t does not solve it, our article FlexSim installation or startup error includes additional suggestions that may help solve your problem.
