What is wrong with my attempt to have staff move to "check-in"?

The patients go to the registration location but I am unable to get the staff to move that short distance. suggestions?

@Tee Hiett Are you telling the staff to walk to that location too?

Thanks for the prompt responses @Matthew Gillespie and @Jeanette F . You are right, the problem was with Patient Flow. The staff was being acquired but not sent to the registration spot.
