Is it possible to make whole object in one color?

Hi,

I would like to ask if it is possible to make a whole object in one color, for example this robot.

I would like to have its joint to be also in gray.

Thank you.

This is not possible by a simple function or some code lines. Some colors are hard coded in Library nodefunctions, some colors are a result of a shape or tecture properties. If you need assistance please request it exactly for the object you want a unique color for.

@Martin K6 , the some robot colors are hard coded in 3ds files of the shape. you can see those colors like red, dark gray or blue in media files editor under Main Menu > View > Media Files then path name "##-fs3d\Robot". You find those file in your FlexSim program directory, too. You can make a copy of this directory and then you can edit in an external tool those remaining hard coded colors yourself.

You can get close by editing the mesh of each component within FlexSim:
