Network node question

hello. The picutre below shows a route of NN's nodes:

I want to create a more simple route for the counter balances and so i created this:

The error here is that the counterbalances do not find the NN's nodes that are close to the big Queue although the connections are right. I have also attached the model. Can you please help me?

That's because you are using the navigator to try and load which uses offset travel. Change your process to travel to the item's station first and then load - and turn off "Use navigator" for the offset travel.

I thought it was a bug until I realized you weren't issuing travel jobs and were asking the network navigator to handle offset travel.

Here's the changed model.
