when i import the auto-cad file on flexsim in the background . Is there a way to know the coordinates of a point in the floor(in the imported cad file?)

Put the drawing's origin location at FlexSim's origin and ensure the scale and orientation match. Then when you move the cursor the displayed coordinates should match those of the drawing:
