Global Table Import

I received the below error message when trying to import from excel for a global table. Has anyone received this before and know how to proceed?

Software Version:

FlexSim 22.2.1

I still need IT to uninstall and reinstall excel for me to verify the fix works, but I can go ahead and accept under the assumption that it will work
