Video recorder crashing

Hello!

I'm struggling to record a video of my flypath4_final, with the start time at 410 ending at 716.

For some reason, it keeps crashing as soon as i try do record it. Seems to be a very specific error that I could not find, I would like to know if you can help me with.

The file is too large so I uploaded at google drive.

Hi @Pedro Vs2,

What are the specifications of your computer? I was able to get your model to record on my computer.

16gb RAM, 11th Gen Intel i7-11800, RTX 3050 Ti Laptop GPU.

I'm guessing that hardware limitations may be what is causing FlexSim to crash when recording a video.

Hi @Jacob W2,

I'm using a Dell G5 5590: 16gb Ram, 9th Gen intel i7-9750H, RTX 2060.

i'm able to record this model if it starts the simulation time at 0, but when I try to record starting by time 410, it appears this box and nothing happens.

Hi pedro, i downloaded your model and problably the error occurs because you checked to stop time at 410. When you make a video your model needs to run, so it doesn’t need to have a stop time.

@Pedro Vs2, This is what I found as well. It seems to record just fine once you remove the stop time.
