How Do I Add Kinematics to Baler Machine Processor

I would like to add a kinematic animation to my metal scrap baler machine in my model but cant seem to figure out where to add the different types that it specifies in the user manual. I would like to show the press compacting the metal scrap and turning it into metal bales.

Have you got the shape split into the base part and the moving components? Have you put them onto nodes in the animation editor?

I haven't split the shape into different parts because the vendor that is providing the equipment I am showing only sent the whole outer shell 3D shape. I will have to see if they can send me individual components to separate for the hydraulic press. I am also not familiar with nodes and animation editor. Is there any way to manually split the shape into moving components without getting different files from the vendor who designed the equipment?

Possibly depending on the format and the available software. If you get stuck we may be able to help if you can upload the file (to a private post if needed)
