Conveyor problems

Hello everyone

I have a problem with a conveyor belt that is not very easy to describe. But I will attach a model and you will just need to run it to get a clear idea of what the problem I am having is. So what I would like to know is why there is a failure of the conveyor steering on plane and what is the reason why the pallet cannot be transported.

(I have a guess that the pallet might be oversized and scanning both conveyors, but this guess is not convincing)

I look forward to your reply, and please be sure to download the model to check it out.

You get an exception when trying to reverse the oversized pallet's conveyor that is overlapping an adjacent conveyor. If you size the conveyor or pallet so that they don't overlap then it works as expected. What's the use case for it working with the wrong sizes?

Yes, as you said, when the size of the pallet is too large , there is a problem with performing the reverse operation. This is a problem I encountered on a project that could have had two other solutions, just stumbled upon this phenomenon, but what I want to know is whether the error reporting mechanism of the conveyor at this point is caused by the oversized pallets? Or is it something else?

One of the developers may be able to pinpoint the cause of the error, but I know from past work that errors in reversing conveyors have been solved by ensuring the conveyors were wide enough to take the pallets.

Thank you for your answer, this is indeed the actual situation.

Hey CSN,

Im not sure what caused the error but I have seemed to correct the problem.

Steps I took:

1. I sorted the DP Group by name (DP1, DP2, DP1, DP2, DP1, DP2)

2. I unconnected all of the DP3 conveyers from the main belts

3. I reconnected all the conveyers

Thank you for your reply, but the first case will have an error because the two linear conveyor belt close together, when the tray at the same time to cover the two conveyor belt when the reverse to the error, the first case in your model has been away from the branch conveyor belt, and the second case is the same, that is no problem.
