How to send items to a sink once queue reaches capacity?

Preston Rebel Yell.fsmI cant find an answer I understand for how to make a queue send excess callers to the dropped call sink in my sim. I have no clue what Ive done wrong

@Dany Just make a 2nd connection from the source to the dropped call sink. Because your source sends to "first available" it means it will always start to look from the first output connection. And only when your queue is filled it will start to send to the dropped call sink.

When I do that, rather than the queue accumulating 6 people, it just starts sending people to the dropped calls sink without the queue filling first

Im dumb, I had pull on the sink set
